Each ticket permits entry for one person to a designated one-hour session.
Tickets can be modified within 7 days from the date of the visit.
An individual voucher grants a single patron access to one session.
Patrons can enter only once with a valid entry ticket.

In the event of ticket loss or theft, Snow Kingdom Kufri will not refund, replace, or exchange tickets for cash. Altered tickets will not be accepted at the Snow Kingdom Kufri entry counter.
If a ride is closed due to technical issues, the ticket cost will not be refunded or discounted.
Refunds can be processed up to one day before the scheduled visit.
