Visitors are required to leave their belongings at the designated baggage counter. Please do not submit valuables exceeding Rs. 1,000, as the management is not responsible for any loss or theft of such items.
Individuals under the influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs will not be allowed entry. Additionally, those found chewing pan, betel, or tobacco will be asked to leave the premises.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the safety and supervision of infants, children, senior citizens, and differently-abled individuals. Snow Kingdom Kufri assumes no responsibility in this regard.
Visitors with medical conditions that make them unsuitable for sub-zero temperatures, as well as pregnant women, are advised not to enter or participate in any rides.
Access to rides is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pets are not permitted within Snow Kingdom Kufri.
All snow gear, including gloves, boots, jackets, and socks, are provided on a returnable basis. Any loss or damage will be charged to the visitor.
Snow Kingdom Kufri reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who disregards these rules or the specific norms of the rides. No refunds will be given in such cases.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
If necessary, Snow Kingdom Kufri authorities may ask visitors to leave the premises before the scheduled closing time.
Visitors must follow all stated rules. Failure to do so is at their own risk.
Management may take casual photographs of visitors enjoying the amenities, which may be used in various communications, including our website and social media pages, to share the joy and experience of our patrons.
These images will be used to highlight the facilities and amenities available. Any misuse of such content is prohibited, and offenders will be held accountable.

Noise-making devices that disturb the atmosphere are not allowed.
Explicit or abusive comments on Snow Kingdom Kufri’s social media platforms will be deleted without notice.
Compliance with staff instructions is essential.
Follow all instructions for your safety and the safety of others.
Do not push others while in queue. Please wait patiently for your turn.
Do not use any ride without the assistance of a Snow Kingdom Kufri employee in the snow area.
The premises are under CCTV surveillance.
Unattended objects will be handled by our staff as they see fit.
