Before your booked session begins, you have:

• ​15 minutes to wear the snow gear (provided at the park) and acclimatise
• 45 minutes to enjoy the snow park experience awaiting inside

Important:

• We recommend children over 2 years to visit the park
• Children below 2 years of age and pregnant ladies are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
• Children below 11 years are allowed ONLY with an ADULT accompanying them with a VALID TICKET.
• Tickets can be redeemed with in 7 days from the date of booking if selected slot is missed.
• Tickets cannot be CANCELLED OR REFUNDED.
